The Iowa Department of Public Safety, Division of Criminal Investigation maintains the statewide fingerprint-linked repository. Iowa corrections and the Iowa Sex Offender Registry cover still other records. We assemble verified contacts, official portals, stated fees, and request steps so that distinction stays clear.

Only the issuing office, such as the Sheriff, the court, or Iowa DCI, can provide an official criminal record copy.
